Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Spring Mountain Aesthetics, whether online, by phone, or in our office, are final and non-refundable.

All payments made to Spring Mountain Aesthetics in connection with products, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, prepaid services, or individual aesthetic treatments are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, credits, or cash reimbursements will be issued, except where required by applicable Nevada or federal law.

Because many of our services require scheduling, reserving provider time, and preparing customized treatment plans, all prepaid services remain subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any applicable deposit, as permitted by law.

If a patient has prepaid for a service and cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, Spring Mountain Aesthetics reserves the right to require a security deposit before scheduling any future appointments.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) may also result in the forfeiture of deposits, prepaid appointment fees, or the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.

Prepaid Treatments & Packages

Prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Unused services may only be applied in accordance with the terms of the applicable package or membership, unless otherwise required by law.

Individual treatment results vary from person to person. Patient satisfaction with treatment outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by Nevada law.

Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing, discounts, limited-time offers, and special packages are available only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to availability. Spring Mountain Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Nevada Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights that consumers may have under applicable federal law or the laws of the State of Nevada. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law shall control to the extent required.
